SO EASY, SO HEALTHY

My name is Aurelia, I am a mummy of two little kids, a sport lover, a dynamic and a good living person. I invite you to discover my approach.

Nutrition has always been part of my interests. As a child, I loved watching and helping my Mum in the kitchen. I grew up with some family friendly meals values, always made up of healthy and balanced dishes. Thanks Mum ;)

These are the values to which I fully identify and to which I am committed to pass on to my children. Principles, which, like all traditions, are lost and that I pledge to value.

It was therefore quite naturally that I took an interest in nutrition during my first pregnancy in order to find answers to my questions. I then discovered a passion!

Fond of good food and curious by nature, I love cooking and combining pleasure and health. I hate diets and restrictions. Shouldn’t we just simply eat the right things at the right moment? I am sure that knowing how to indulge one self is essential for a nutritional and a psychological balance.

Certified in "Advanced Nutrition" and graduated as a Nutrition coach. Today, I would like to advise you on rebalancing the food you eat, guide you towards the right choices in order to marry pleasure and health.
